Success Story of a Clothing Brand

Overview:

Fairweather is a growing brand in the lifestyle and apparel space. They wanted to scale their online sales while keeping costs under control. They were already spending consistently on ads, but the results were not satisfactory. Profits were low, and a lot of the traffic was not converting into customers. Our performance marketing approach changes the game. We worked to improve returns and help them.

Our Approach :

To address the challenges and achieve the business performance, we did a full funnel restructuring. We built a clear TOF–MOF–BOF funnel to guide users from discovery to purchase. After that, we introduced high-converting ad creatives focused on product benefits and user intent. Then we worked on audience refinement, in which we leveraged custom audiences and lookalikes. We retargeted customers for better precision. Along with this, we improved UX, messaging, and CTA placement to increase conversions. To track and monitor the business conversions, we implemented advanced tracking tools for better attribution and decision-making.
